Deleting Permit Security Information

The new Security Information section is available on the Permit Information screen only after a for the Permit Application.

To Delete Security Information from a Permit:

1.      Navigate to the Permit Information Screen.

2.      Click the [Delete] button (hyperlink) next to the applicable Permit Security Information listed in the Permit Security Information section.

3.      When EPS prompts you to confirm, click the [OK] button to return to the Permit Information Screen, which no longer lists the Permit Security Information.

Note: any attached files with a document type of Security Attachment will continue to appear in the Security Attachments section. To also delete a Security Attachment from the permit, see Deleting an Attachment.

After permit security information has been deleted:

·        The permit status will remain unchanged.

·        An authorized PennDOT user can add additional Permit Security Information to the permit, by repeating the above steps.

·        An authorized PennDOT user can Edit Permit Security Information for the permit.

·        An authorized PennDOT user can Delete Permit Security Information from the permit.
