Entering Permit Information

Entering a Physical Work Completion Date

The Permit Information screen displays date information for permits. It allows applicant team members to view permit information. It also allows the Responder or Data Corrector to add or modify permit information after a permit has been issued.

A permit can be printed by opening it using the Permit link in the Permits section of the screen.

The read-only screen is available after the Application Status changes to Permit Issued.”

Permit Number, Expiration Date, Close-out Date, and Effective Date are manual entries. Update rights are required to update these fields. Only the Close-Out Date can be modified after the initial entry of dates.
