Linked HOP/TSP List Screen

Traffic Signal Permits  (TSPs) can be linked to Highway Occupancy Permits (HOPs):

·        prior to issuance of a permit

·        when the location of a TSP coincides with that of one or more existing HOPs

Linked HOP permits display in the HOP Permits Involved section on the Linked HOP/TSP List screen. The HOP permit number is a link that will open the Application Information screen.

HOP permit links can also be deleted from the Linked HOP/TSP List screen by using the Delete action.

To link a TSP to an existing HOP:

1.      Log in to ePermitting.

2.      Enter the application or permit number of the TSP. The Application Information screen displays.

3.      Select Linked HOP List from the Application section. The Linked HOP/TSP List screen displays.

4.      Click the EPS HOP Lookup button. The TSP Information screen displays.

5.      Enter or use the magnifier to locate the HOP Application ID or Permit Number to be linked.

Note: Applications with a status of Withdrawn or Permit Not Required are excluded from the search.

6.      Click Save & Exit. The Linked HOP/TSP List screen displays with the HOP number listed in the HOP Permits Involved section.

7.      Click the Level number for the reviewer to be marked complete.

8.      Click Mark Complete in the Action menu. The Review Team screen displays the reviewer status as Marked Complete.
